Donald M. Anzalone
Company Administrator
Dr. Anzalone is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a doctorate degree from Creighton University. He specializes in both adult and geriatric acute care within a hospital setting. He brings extensive experience from hospital-based medicine, emergency care, business leadership, and healthcare operations. Prior to his current position as a provider, he owned and operated a successful multi-location nutrition business, owned and managed a large portfolio of real estate, and worked as a business consultant to Fortune 500 companies. He brings a multitude of experience to both the business and clinical side. He started Fluid Fix with a goal of treating non-urgent and low acuity illness in the home. These are the types of illness that are last priority while waiting in the ER. He sees this business as a form of concierge medicine that not only alleviates the overcrowding in the emergency department, but also decreases cost and inconvenience for the patient.

Temple Anzalone, MD
Nebraska Medical Director
Clinician Educator
Temple Anzalone is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with a medical degree from Creighton University. She has been a teaching physician for over 20 years and currently works as a Hospitalist remotely through telemedicine and within the acute hospital setting. Dr. Anzalone is the acting Medical Director for the State of Nebraska and also has a role in the review of all protocols established in the company. She believes in the importance of preventative medicine, proper diet, and a healthy, active lifestyle. In addition, Dr. Anzalone has a special interest in the safe use of GLP-1 like medications for the treatment of obesity and is a member of the Nebraska Obesity Society.
